Before joining the Sam Aguiar Injury Lawyers in 2013, Terry had been a member of both large and small firms. He successfully litigated a wide range of personal injury cases, from wrongful death to commercial trucking, animal attacks, premise liability, and motor vehicle crashes. Terry graduated from Ball State University with honors while participating in the University’s varsity Cross Country and Track teams. Upon graduating, he was a member of Teach For America in the Mississippi Delta, one of the most underprivileged school districts in the country.
Terry enjoys running and spending time with his wife and son in his spare time. Terry is licensed in both Kentucky and Indiana. He has practiced in both state and federal courts and has been before the Kentucky Supreme Court.
