A Journey from Teaching to Law

Terry is from Northern Indiana. He graduated from Ball State University with honors, where he was a varsity cross-country and track team member.

Upon graduating, Terry joined Teach For America in the Mississippi Delta, one of the country’s most underprivileged school districts.

This experience shaped his values and instilled a deep passion for helping others, which he carries into his legal career.

Terry has focused his career on serving as a voice for those injured by no fault of their own. 

Before joining the Sam Aguiar Injury Lawyers in 2013, Terry had been a member of both large and small firms.

He successfully litigated a wide range of personal injury cases, from wrongful death to commercial trucking, animal attacks, premises liability, and motor vehicle crashes.
