Miles Mussetter

Miles Mussetter began his professional career working in logistics and obtained a bachelor’s degree in corporate finance and operations and supply chain from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. Upon entering the field of logistics, Miles quickly learned that performance metrics and the bottom line were far more important to big corporations than the everyday people they claim to serve. At that point Miles ended his business career and entered law school at the University of Louisville to fight for the forgotten men and women who built America and were being injured as a result of big businesses unsafe practices.

Miles joined Sam and Aguiar Injury Lawyers as a law clerk in the fall of 2016 and knew from his very first case that he was at a firm surrounded by people who shared his passion for helping those in need and had the tools to really make a difference. After graduating from law school and passing the Kentucky Bar, Miles joined the firm full time and focuses on litigating a wide variety of personal injury claims ranging from commercial trucking collisions to insurance bad faith. For Miles, every client and every case matters and he will work tirelessly to help those in need.

Family is important to Miles, he grew up in Ashland, Kentucky and enjoys visiting home or hosting his parents, brothers, niece and nephew in the “big city”. Some of his favorite past times include fishing, playing tennis, attending University of Louisville sporting events, finding and trying new bourbons and spending time with friends.
