Our community service efforts have been diverse and far-reaching, ranging from helping individuals experience unforgettable moments to providing vital relief during times of crisis. Some of the key initiatives we’ve supported include:
Giving Taylor Swift Tickets for “Lola’s Dream: We helped a young Lola, who has Down Syndrome, experience a magical trip to Indy to see her favorite artist, Taylor Swift, in concert. We also gave away eight additional Taylor Swift tickets to some awesome Swifties.
Flood and Tornado Relief Efforts: Over the last several years, Sam Aguiar Injury Lawyers has made box truck supply runs to Pikeville, Hazard, Mayfield, and Dawson Springs in response to tragic environmental catastrophes. The law firm has contributed over $100,000 to help each of these communities rebuild.
Youth and Non-Profit Tickets: Sam and his team gave away 2,500 tickets for the Louisville vs. Virginia men’s basketball game in January 2025 at the KFC Yum Center.
Back-to-School Assistance for Parents: Sam identified several families dealing with tough times and even gave one more than $3,000 in clothes, gifts, and cash to assist.
Winter Coat Giveaway: When the cold front hit, Sam Aguiar Injury Lawyers stepped up with $20,000 worth of brand-new coats for children, the homeless, and local shelters.
Thanksgiving Food Deliveries: Sam Aguiar Injury Lawyers, in partnership with the University of Louisville Athletics, purchased and delivered turkeys and food baskets to feed more than 1,000 people in local families.
Cram the Van: Sam Aguiar and his team have contributed more than $25,000 to Cram the Van over the last three years alone.
Chrysalis House Christmas Event: When 60 children were left without gifts, Sam and his team rallied to deliver $5,000 worth of presents in less than four hours.
Future Healers: In 2024, Sam Aguiar Injury Lawyers purchased Christmas Gift Cards for 171 children in this wonderful organization.
Kosair for Kids: Sam and his team donated $1,000 to the organization and then sent more than 50 children and parents to a University of Louisville basketball game, where they were given a special visit and gifts from Louie.
WWE Smackdown Experience: We gave 110 WWE Smackdown Tickets, spending money, and merchandise to deserving Kentucky families. These created lasting memories for them and a lot of joy for us.
Volunteer Opportunities & Fundraisers: Our team has been involved in various community events, such as Polar Plunge, Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, Susan B. Komen Walk, and the ALS Challenge, raising awareness and funds for vital causes.
Annual Donation Drives: We participate in holiday drives like the Kappa Alpha Psi Holiday Toy Drive, Blessings In A Backpack, West End Turkey Drive, the Winter Coat Drive, and the University of Louisville Athletics Day of Kindness, ensuring families in need have essential resources during the colder months and festive season.
Youth and Education Support: Through our Adopt a Server program, we have shown appreciation to service workers while also sponsoring local high school athletic programs across several schools and organizations, including Doss, PRP, Eastern, West End Soccer, and many more. We even had the opportunity to feed the faculty and staff at Kenwood Elementary and provide them with a monetary donation for the activities fund.
First Responder Initiatives – Over the last year, we have donated time and meals to assist the fire and police departments in Jeffersontown.
Sponsorships and Charity Events: We proudly sponsor events such as the Louisville Water Company—Pure Tap 5K, More Than Pink Breast Cancer Walk, and the Louisville City Foundation’s Soccer Ball, which support local health and wellness initiatives.
Community Engagement: We have also contributed to initiatives like the Americana Volunteer Kitchen, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Jeffersontown Fire Department fundraiser, Cater and Coats, and Pennies for Pies, aiming to improve the quality of life for our neighbors.
