Hit by a drunk driver on NYE, first time being in a car accident, physically banged up and really had little to no guidance on how to go about anything.

Words cannot fully express how much I appreciate the support of Nick and Christine. After my accident I had neck and back pain that might be considered insignificant when compared to other injuries that can result from a car accident. However, Nick and Christine did not make me feel that way at all. From the very beginning the they showed me empathy, kindness and compassion. They checked on me regularly to see how my therapies were going and encouraged me when I became discouraged or anxious regarding the expense of treatment. Additionally, once I was discharged from my therapy my expenses were covered and I still got a significant settlement for any reoccuring pain that might resurface post therapy. Nick was self-sacrificing in order for me to get the settlement I needed. I can now return to therapy if the need arises. I cannot say enough about my positive experience with this firm. They are phenomenal!

Two years ago I needed legal advice on a wrongful death lawsuit to be filed when I lost my mother. I had a great experience with then so when I got into a car wreck June 2024 we was driving down Dixie Hwy towards Mead County around 11pm my boyfriend and I were sitting here talking, smiling and all of a sudden we was hit slung 200 yards down Dixie Highway. This young careless girl doing 90mph with no headlights on just hit us. At first we thought it was a hit and run but then my boyfriend found this girl e found the girl hiding behind a wall. Her first words was “I thought I killed ya.” I had an I had an 2014 Ford fusion that I just paid off a year earlier. All worked night, day and lots of overtime and gave up my Starbucks so that I can pay off my car. Needless to say, I was distraught and destroyed that my car is totaled now. When I called to see about counseling Tim, Jordan and Kim was very concerned about our will being. They called us every day to check on us for two weeks. They always stayed in contact with us every week. Im thrilled that I decided to call Sam Aguilar office and I was ecstatic when I found out that Tim would be representing me yet again. They fought hard and got us the top dollar amount. Hopefully I won’t need them again but if anyone is needing help or advice I would 100% recommend Sam Aguilar law office if you want the best treatment.
