Bio
Abigail Kenyon is an attorney at Sam Aguiar Injury Lawyers, where she represents people hurt in car crashes and on unsafe property. She grew up in Adair County, Kentucky.
She earned her undergraduate degree from Eastern Kentucky University in 2020 and her law degree from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in 2023.
At Brandeis, Abigail served as Vice President of the LGBTQIA+ Law Caucus and Secretary of the ACLU of Brandeis, co-founded the Lou Name Change Clinic, and worked on community empowerment projects in Louisville’s West End.
She believes the law should be accessible to everyone and that every client deserves to be heard and treated with respect, whatever their background. Each of her clients has a three-person case team, so details get handled and calls get returned.
Outside work, Abigail kayaks, goes to live comedy shows and music festivals, and spends time with her family.
