Jeremy Prichard

Bio

Jeremy Prichard is an attorney at Sam Aguiar Injury Lawyers, where he represents people injured in car crashes and on unsafe property. He is a first-generation lawyer from London, Kentucky, and he worked in a warehouse while keeping perfect grades.

Jeremy graduated summa cum laude from Eastern Kentucky University with a 4.0 GPA, in the top 6% of his class. He earned his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2021 on a full scholarship. At Florida, he interned for three federal judges in the Middle District of Florida, externed at Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeal, and did legal research for Associate Dean Darren Hutchinson.

He started his career at Landrum & Shouse, LLP, defending motor vehicle and premises liability cases. He knows how insurers and corporate defendants value claims and build their defenses because he did that work himself. Now he uses that knowledge for injured people.

His plaintiff work includes multi-million-dollar settlements, jury verdicts, and summary judgments, and he has second-chaired multiple civil jury trials in circuit court. He completed Trial College Certification in November 2024.

Jeremy is admitted in Kentucky and Colorado and in the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky. He is a Kentucky Colonel.
