Nicholaus Wilson

Bio

Nicholaus Wilson is an attorney at Sam Aguiar Injury Lawyers. He handles car and truck crashes, premises liability, and underinsured motorist claims, along with wrongful death, brain injury, and catastrophic injury cases. Since joining the firm in July 2020, Nick has recovered more than $30 million for his clients.

He came to injury work after seeing how insurance companies treat injured people: low offers, slow responses, and pressure to settle before the full extent of an injury is documented.

Much of his work involves underinsured motorist coverage. When the at-fault driver’s policy is too small for the harm done, Nick pursues the client’s own UIM coverage and holds that insurer to the policy it sold.

Nick was born and raised in Paris, Kentucky. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Louisville and his law degree from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law.

He digs into the details early and doesn’t let a file stall.
