About Jeremy
Jeremy V. Prichard is an attorney at Sam Aguiar Injury Lawyers. A first-generation lawyer born into a humble household in London, Kentucky, Jeremy worked as a warehouse employee while maintaining perfect academics, driven by a determination to one day take care of working families facing legal challenges.
Jeremy earned his undergraduate degree from Eastern Kentucky University, graduating summa cum laude with a 4.0 GPA (ranked in the top 6% of his class) before earning his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law on a full law scholarship.

Jeremy brings the same grit that carried him from a warehouse floor to the courtroom into every case he handles. At Sam Aguiar Injury Lawyers, he works within the firm’s dedicated team model: every client gets an attorney, a case manager, and a legal assistant, ensuring thorough attention at every stage.
Experience & Training
Before joining the firm, Jeremy worked at Landrum & Shouse, LLP as a defense attorney handling motor-vehicle accidents and premises liability cases. That experience gives him a rare advantage: he understands exactly how the other side thinks, prepares, and defends claims.
His plaintiff work includes participation in multi-million-dollar settlements, successful jury verdicts, and summary judgments. He has served as second chair in multiple civil circuit court jury trials.

Not many plaintiff’s attorneys start their careers on the defense side. Jeremy did, and it gives him a tactical edge that benefits every client he represents.
He knows the playbook insurance companies and corporate defendants use to minimize payouts: the delay tactics, the lowball offers, the procedural traps. Having sat at that table, Jeremy now uses that knowledge to dismantle those same strategies from the other side.
Research assistant work under Associate Dean Darren Hutchinson at the University of Florida further sharpened his legal research and analytical skills, tools he brings to every case strategy session.
