About Nick

Nicholaus Wilson is an attorney at Sam Aguiar Injury Lawyers, where he handles car accidents, truck crashes, wrongful death, brain injury, and catastrophic injury cases. Since joining the firm in July 2020, Nick has recovered more than $30 million for his clients.

Nick was drawn to personal injury work from day one. He saw firsthand how insurance companies treat injured people: lowball offers, delayed responses, and pressure to settle for less than a case is worth. That didn’t sit well with him. So he made it his mission to make sure every client he represents walks away with everything they’re owed.

Background

Nick was born and raised in Paris, Kentucky. Growing up in a small town taught him the value of hard work, accountability, and looking out for the people around you. Those are the same values he brings to every case.

He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Louisville before attending the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law. Nick is licensed to practice in Kentucky, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Personal

Outside the office, Nick comes from a family of talented athletes and works as a sports agent and manager for family members and close friends. He’s also active in his church, involved in community events, and passionate about mentoring young people in the Louisville area.
