She began her legal career as a felony prosecutor at the Jefferson County Commonwealth Attorney’s Office, where she honed her litigation skills and developed a deep understanding of the criminal justice system’s intricacies.

In 2012, Sara transitioned her practice to focus on complex civil litigation, first as a defense attorney and later as a plaintiff’s attorney in private practice.
