Firm History
Sam Aguiar founded Sam Aguiar Injury Lawyers in Louisville on October 1, 2010. The firm opened with a focus on injured Kentuckians and the outcome of each case.
The firm uses a three-person case team with an attorney, case manager, and legal assistant. The contingency fee does not increase if a case goes to litigation. Under the Bigger Share Guarantee®, the client’s share is greater than the firm’s fee after bills, liens, and costs are paid.
